Pyke Syndicate District and Gorak’s base walkthrough in Star Wars Outlaws

“Infiltrate Gorak’s base” is an early objective in Star Wars Outlaws shortly after you get into Gorak’s suite in Mirogana. You’ll get it from Danka as part of the “Underworld” main quest, and to complete the objective, you’ll need to navigate the Pyke Syndicate district — without getting caught. If you try to go through the front door, you’ll be turned away because your reputation with the Pykes isn’t high enough. There’s an air vent (there’s always an air vent) for you to crawl through. This will get you past the first set of guards, but the rest of your journey means getting past a lot more. How to not get caught in Pyke Syndicate district Stay crouched behind the crates outside of the air vent and wait for the pair of patrolling guards to pass. Keep to the right and use the grapple point to lower yourself down. There’s an unguarded tunnel off to the right and below you that will lead to some resources. Off to your left, you can find your way to the Pyke Cardroom treasure location (but you’ll need to wait a bit to check that out). If you want, you can whistle (hold right on the D-pad) to draw in the closest patrolling guard and take them out. There’s a second guard who will approach that you can deal with the same way. Cut to the left past the cardroom and turn northeast. The long hallway ahead of you is where you’re headed. Watch for an air vent (there’s always an air vent) on your left. Crawl through it — it’s a short one — to get a better position on the left side of the hallway. Use the crates to hide and whistle to draw them in. Once they’re handled, duck through the side hallway on the left side. When you run out of wall, there will be another hallway across from you on the right. Watch for guards there — whistle them in close and dispatch them if you have to, but don’t go down that hall. There is one more guard off to the right side, but they’re pretty distracted. Take them out if you want, but you can just ignore them. Your goal is the climbable wall on the left side. Just ahead of where you climb up, you’ll find a panel to use your data spike on. Do so, and you’ll enter the next part of the infiltration (and, mercifully, hit an autosave checkpoint). Push the first button to call a turbolift (you can also just hold L1 to send Nix to do this for you). Back at the top of the ladder, head to the left, climb onto the grate, and jump to the roof of the lift. You’ll get blocked almost immediately. Hold down L1 to spot another button Nix can press. Send him to do that, and he’ll call another turbolift to climb across. Around the corner, duck into the large pipe through the hole. Send Nix to pull down the panel ahead of you, and then use your blaster to shoot the coil he reveals. That will stop the fan in the tunnel on the right. Head that way. In the room that you get dumped into, use your grappling hook to swing across the gap. Climb the ladder to (finally) reach the Pyke Stronghold. The Stronghold itself is fairly straightforward — but after you leave it, you’ll need to see who to give the intel to.
